The place was stunning, the house was spacious, and Elza at reception was very responsive. However, the neighbors were loud, we had to go to the hotel for drinking water because the tap water didn’t work and the well caused stomach issues for the whole family. Out of three bathrooms, none were functional; the shower only had hot water, and when we asked for repairs, someone just came to look. The mangal area and the gazebo were still dirty from previous guests; we asked for cleaning but nobody came. Wi‑Fi was spotty and kept dropping, so we had to reboot the router constantly and couldn’t watch any movies on the huge screen. The plastic windows were long overdue for adjustment – they wouldn’t open or close. And about the free parking: they told us that when we entered the hotel’s grounds, the cost of parking for one day was 1298 tenge.

We didn’t have breakfast, the location was nice, and it was our first time on this side. The house felt a bit cool, but everything else was fine.

The staff were very helpful, the location was great, the house was big and clean, there were many rooms, and the furniture was new.

The staff were friendly, smiling and hospitable. The first thing that struck me was the mosquitoes everywhere – you can’t go outside and relax. Then there’s the land of the property: near the hotel there are plots that don’t belong to the hotel, and a lot of noisy people. It’s a lovely place, the hotel does everything right, but these drawbacks ruin it.
