The place is well situated. The front desk manager, Randolph Johnson, was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered in hospitality; as a frequent leisure traveler, I’ve stayed at many hotels, and my sister booked for me, but when we checked in there was a mix‑up about the incidental deposit and he literally started shouting at us, requiring other staff to intervene and calm him down.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything else was great.

The location is great and breakfast was offered; the buffet food was fine, no complaints there. The pool, however, was covered in rust all around, which is the most concerning part and I don’t think it’s good for anyone’s health. That’s it.

The restaurant’s food was amazing; we ordered more, but the smash burger was the only thing I managed to photograph.
