The place was nice, but the room was cold—tiles, no rug near the bed, and it’s cold this season.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the service was very pleasant, yet we didn’t realize the rooms were in modern buildings without charm, not in the castle, and far from the gourmet restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel; the staff were incredibly attentive and professional, the dinner was truly delicious, and combined with excellent service and great accommodations, the experience surpassed our expectations—highly recommended!
