The pool is nice because it’s shaded most of the day, and we really appreciated that after a day touring the island. The room is big and the bed was comfortable. The place is a little bit run down. The pool needs to be fixed in many spots, the water was a bit cloudy and full of insects. Deck chairs and bean bags need to be replaced. The room didn’t look well cared for. The fridge was full of mold and even when you lock the door, there’s still a gap between the door and the wall.

No positives. I’ll be critical: the reception was closed when we arrived and stayed closed all day. There were lots of small insects and mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Outside the door there was a swarm of mosquitoes. There was mold on the rubber seal of the fridge, which was also full of water. There were large spider webs, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time. A tile was loose by the pool, which caused our son to fall and scrape his shin hard. The pool was dirty along the sides, so much that swimsuits and child vests got brown spots upon contact. Gosh! After a single night, I went to the reception and pointed out these faults and said I wanted to check out (we had booked a whole week); the manager said nothing. No apology or understanding, she just accepted the keys and said ok. You can’t complain about the service level because it doesn’t exist there. I made it clear I wanted some sort of refund, and the manager said that would be done. After several contacts, I still haven’t been refunded a single krona. Consider whether you want to stay here. There’s no value for your money here unless you want to burn it.

Great place to stay, comfortable and clean with everything you need. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable—shower was great! The pool was often in the shade—not always a bad thing when it’s boiling hot— but makes sunbathing a bit more difficult!
