“Tranquil Haven in the centre of Old Palma”
The rooms were wonderfully furnished with antiques and full of character, and they were very peaceful even though they’re in the heart of the old town. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. Nothing to complain about.
Everything was amazing. I can’t add anything beyond what hundreds of happy guests already said – truly amazing and beautiful with very light‑touch management, giving full access to this sensational mansion. I’m not sure how anyone, other than those used to staying in Buckingham Palace, could rate this accommodation lower than 10.
Such a beautiful and unique experience! It feels like you’re staying in a museum. Highly recommend.
This unique property is almost as good as it gets. It’s not cheap, but it offers fantastic value if you want something special right in the heart of the old town, with great staff/family on site and attention to detail. It’s beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Nothing negative.

It was beautiful, peaceful, a little gem of a hotel. Once behind the grand front door you would never realize you were in the middle of a bustling city. The location is great, close to fabulous bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful in every situation. There was nothing to dislike.
