The location is excellent, the manager and staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is diverse and good. However, for older guests, the fact that the only elevator serves two high floors is terrible.

The décor and management were authentically Italian. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and eggs to choose from. The Italians love to celebrate loudly and for long periods 😀😀

The location and breakfast were fine, but the room was tiny, smelled musty, and lacked daylight because the window faced another wall—unfortunately not visible in the photos. Larger rooms looked better, a shame. The stale smell in the room meant we couldn’t ventilate, only the air‑conditioner worked, and there was no natural light.

The location is great and the breakfast is good. The apartments feel a bit dated, though.
