I didn’t notice during booking that the room had no windows, so I ended up in a cramped, windowless room that smelled musty; the staff offered me a windowed room for a moderate extra fee. The staff were understandable.
The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the location was great.
“A Mixed Start, But Excellent Service Made Up for It”
I was initially disappointed with the room I was given at this hotel, but the staff's willingness to make things right impressed me. After showing them my reservation, they kindly referred me to a nearby hotel and even arranged transportation for us. The second hotel's staff, particularly a helpful young woman named Artura, warmly welcomed us and made our stay enjoyable. It was also nice to see the staff from the first hotel checking in with us to ensure we were satisfied with our new room.

The central location and amazing staff were highlights, yet the bathroom flooded, the bed was rock‑hard and the pillows felt like pancakes, and the room was small, which matched the price.
