We couldn’t even stay there because it was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke; we’re hoping for a full refund because the place was disgusting and looked like a drug addict’s hideout.

The staff were accommodating, yet my room seemed abandoned—rusty pipes, patched bathroom walls, a stained shower curtain, and a TV remote that didn’t work so we had to change channels manually.

The area was nice and safe, but the floors were dirty, and the desk was broken.

The location was fine, but the place was filthy and stank; I had to unclog the toilet myself, the shower didn’t drain, and when I reported it the front desk said maintenance would come but never did; I never heard a vacuum for the rooms supposedly “cleaned,” people seemed to live there, animals were unchecked and stank, and the police arrived daily after a resident was arrested for carrying a 9mm at the property.
