The room was clearly not cleaned properly – I saw dust on the nightstand and the bathroom was grimy. Other than that, there wasn’t anything else that caught my eye. [/BODY]

The manager and the whole team seemed eager to give the best service, always polite and ready to help. Apart from that, the stay was just okay – nothing spectacular, but no real complaints either. [/BODY]

No complimentary breakfast or welcome drink was offered, which was a let‑down, and the room’s cleanliness was terrible – dirt on the carpet and stains in the bathroom. Those two issues made the stay hard to recommend. [/BODY]
