“Casa hotel, cómoda y limpia!”

Hermosa casa, lástima nos tocó el segundo piso y tuvimos que subir el equipaje por escalera. No hay elevador. Luego de llegar de cenar, quisimos bañarnos y no teníamos agua caliente, a la mañana siguiente si por suerte! Buena atención de la dueña. La incomodidad de tener que subir por escalera solamente (por equipaje) Un poco antiguo todo, se podría modernizar manteniendo el estilo

Really nice property. Walking distance to the train station and some nice shops and pubs/bars. Not far to the Ferry either. The rooms were really comfortable and the breakfast was superb. We would definitely stay again

“One of the best places in which we have stayed and we will certainly return.”

The Beaumont Windermere was an unexpected gem on a quiet side road but close to restaurants in the town. Parking on site was plentiful and easy. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and breakfast was delightful

“Owner is lovely and nice person”

Hi, the owner of the property seems to be a really nice person. When we arrived to check in, it seemed as though she genuinely just wanted the best for her guests whilst staying over. There are no complaints about the owner The owner is genuinely nice, seemed to want the best for us at check‑in, and there were no complaints about her. It stated breakfast was included in the price - but this was only continental (toast, croissants and yoghurt, as well as some cereal), so if that was specified that could be great please, as we were expecting an English breakfast of sorts. Also, we booked as it states it is a spa and wellness house - has a pool and spa amenities. However, this pool is offsite, which we didn't know. The pool closed at 5, which once again we didn't know, and there were no spa facilities at all. I just want to reiterate the owner of the hotel was lovely, but I feel as though we didn't get what we were expecting - i.e, a swimming pool, spa amenities, and full breakfast. Also, no takeaway allowed in the hotel which I feel all of this should be mentioned prior to booking. I booked this as a getaway for my boyfriends birthday - Sunday night - Monday (his birthday) and I'm just gutted as I wanted him to have as many of these experiences as possible and I feel we didn't get what was expected for a nice and relaxing stay Breakfast was listed as included but only continental (toast, croissants, yoghurt, cereal), not an English‑style breakfast we anticipated. The property advertised a spa and pool, yet the pool was off‑site, closed at 5 pm, and there were no spa facilities. The owner was lovely, but we didn’t receive the expected pool, spa, or full breakfast, and takeaway wasn’t allowed—details that should have been disclosed. I booked this for my boyfriend’s birthday (Sunday night‑Monday) and was disappointed we couldn’t enjoy those amenities.
