I'm still waiting for a refund after being told there was no heat in my room. The staff did promise to reimburse me, but so far, nothing has shown up in my account. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I'm getting frustrated.

I booked a room with a cheap deposit, but what I got was a hassle. They kept my $10 deposit for no reason, which left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of the thing.

I'm still trying to process the nightmare I had at this place. The room was infested with bedbugs and roaches, and the staff was completely uncooperative. When I tried to bring it up, they got defensive and even called the police on me. Needless to say, I didn't get to stay and ended up sleeping in my car.

The room itself was decent, with a bed, TV, fridge, and full bathroom. That was a plus, but the lock on the door was only a handle lock, and the other guests seemed super sketchy. The location wasn't exactly the safest either.

This motel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, it was very clean and the staff was super helpful. On the other hand, it's an old-fashioned motel that could use some updating, and the location is a bit dodgy. Still, it's a good option if you're looking for a quiet place to stay.
