I paid for a room but wasn't allowed to stay, which is basically fraud. The hotel claimed the price was wrong, but they still didn't refund me or take responsibility, even with proof. It was a total mess.

We barely lasted 20 minutes in this place. The room was a disaster - dirty bedding, rough towels, no toilet paper, and it wasn't even clean.

The staff were really kind, but that's where it ended. The hot water wasn't working, there was a cigarette smell, and it was noisy.

The breakfast wasn't included in my package, but the location was super convenient and spacious. One downside was that there was no mineral water in the room, and I had to grab some from the kitchen myself - a bit of a hassle, but the staff did suggest I do that. Overall, it's a trade-off, but the location's a big plus.
