The pool and atrium were impressive, and the room was clean and comfortable, yet it was next to the noisy elevator, which should have been the last room in a full hotel; I booked far ahead and shouldn’t have received that room.

The Italian food in the hotel was the best we’ve had at such great prices, and the whole group is already planning another trip just to eat there again.

We dined at the Italian table and the food was amazing, and the view from our room overlooking the pool area with its lush plants was beautiful, yet one bedside lamp kept going out and we had to jiggle the bulb to keep it on.

The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful, but on the one day we stayed the pool and hot tub were closed, which was disappointing since we chose the hotel for its pool.
