The staff were really friendly and the room was clean and quite comfortable.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the extra care of leaving fresh milk, juice, and cereals in the fridge was a lovely detail. Communication from the start of the booking was thorough and helpful, so I’d stay again. The surrounding streets were tight for driving, and parking inside Whitby was difficult even with permits, but the proximity to the harbour made it worthwhile.

The room was comfy, modern, and had every amenity we needed. The location was ideal, and the owners were wonderful, supplying all the info to make our stay fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
