I liked the service, the cleanliness, they offered free coca mate on arrival, they were very friendly, and the location is very convenient, very close to the center and restaurants. Definitely one downside: the noise from a nearby nightclub kept us from sleeping; the music played all night and into the early morning until 6 a.m., it was unbearable, that’s the only bad thing I found in the hotel.

NADA !!! NOTHING !! They say it’s a 3‑star hotel but it doesn’t even reach half a star !! NO RECOMMENDATION AT ALL. A disaster of a hotel!! I do not recommend it at all. The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub flooded. The double bed had single‑size sheets. The dance club next door! I stayed 5 days and there were 3 nights I couldn’t sleep because of the music stuck to the wall until 6 a.m.! There was no hot water during the day, only the boiler turned on at 19:00. If you want to bathe in the morning you have to use cold water. They give you a towel only to dry yourself when you shower but they don’t want to give you one to dry your face or hands. In other words, the same towel you dry your body with is also used to dry your face. In the wardrobe the plaster fell off, leaving the suitcases dirty. There is only one light at the reception desk, then the whole lounge is dark, you have to keep turning on the lights. When I booked for 3 people, they made me take two rooms, but when I arrived the room had a double bed and a single bed in both rooms, of course I complained and ended up taking just one room. The bathroom ceiling is made of TELGOPOR! There is nothing to hang towels! The pillow had BLOOD STAINS, a REVENGE!! Attached photo. These places should be supervised by BOOKING and not allowed to offer.

The hotel’s closeness to Cuzco’s center is a plus (5a 10min walk). However, despite daily housekeeping, the building feels a bit old and the cleanliness could be better.
