I gave it 9/10 for the excellent service and clean rooms, but they were unhappy that the booking confirmation didn’t arrive on my mobile phone.

The hotel’s location is solid, and it’s fresh on the scene so overall it feels good. However, the bedsheets and rugs were dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillow covers, and the bathrooms feel cramped and a bit too small.
