The place was well situated, but the sofa‑bed mattress could use a cleaning.

The price was reasonable, the location was good, the room space was appreciated, the bathtub was large, and most of the breakfast was good, but the property overall needs sprucing up, the evening staff were rude, the breakfast arrived cold or late, the mattress was worn out, and the linens and trash weren’t changed daily.
The place is right next to the convenience stores we needed, but the hallway had no air conditioning and it felt scorching.
I felt cheated: I had booked two nights, but after seeing the location I changed my mind and requested only one night for two rooms, yet they still deducted $500 from my checking account and haven’t refunded it; I would never stay at Comfort Inn Suites again and will warn my friends.
