I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a multitude of issues that left a sour taste in my mouth. The hotel's appearance was uninviting, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a plethora of problems, making it a truly disappointing stay.

I was initially drawn to this hotel, but my excitement was short-lived. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a room that was in a deplorable state, and the hotel's overall condition was nothing short of appalling. The staff seemed unprepared for my arrival, and when I requested a refund, they asked me to contact them the next day, which only added to my frustration. Needless to say, I didn't stay and instead opted for a refund.

Initially, the hotel's exterior seemed appealing and clean, but things took a turn for the worse when I entered my room. The bathroom was unacceptable, with a squat toilet and a shower that consisted of a bucket with a scoop. The staff seemed unprepared for my arrival and couldn't find my booking. To make matters worse, the internet only worked at the reception, and the location was far from central, surrounded by workshops and lacking restaurants.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. I was forced to change rooms three times before I finally got a decent place, but even that came with its own set of problems. The air conditioning was as loud as an airplane turbine, and the toilet was literally a hole in the floor. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms, and the mobile internet signal was weak.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, which was conveniently close to the train station. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my stay a pleasant one.
