The staff were trying hard. The cleanliness, the staff’s nails, the food’s cleanliness made me doubt the booking’s rating and review. The high price and rating were at odds with the low level of dinner and overall cleanliness. It was difficult to visit with adults and children.

Very nice place, wonderful atmosphere, amazing food. The service level exceeded all my expectations, especially our private host Kalpana Bohora – thank you very much!!! I liked the open‑air onsens (rotemburo) both in the room and the public one. You light the light when you’re going to use the public onsen, and then other guests wait and do not disturb you. So, in fact, it is a private rotemburo you time‑share with other guests.

The room was spacious and clean, the bathtub was spotless, the view was great, the food varied and tasty, and the staff were friendly. I couldn’t find any negatives.

As a dog lover, I could relax without worry and the stay was comfortable; both the dog and I felt at ease. The room had an outdoor bath and a massage chair, which helped me recover from everyday fatigue. The food was tasty with just the right amount, and the dining area was a private room that even had a spot for the dog, which made me happy. I had no complaints.
