There was an ADA shower chair for my wife that worked perfectly, and I think the manager himself delivered it. Breakfast was good, but it was way overpriced for what we received.

The location and most accommodations were fine. The TV would intermittently freeze up about 20 times, and the hot water took a long time to warm up and never got hot.

The spot was spot‑on, the hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful—especially NAJOUA, who went above and beyond.

Checking in was smooth and the bartender and other staff were pleasant, yet the meals weren’t included in the room rate, the bathroom tap water was always hot and took ages to cool, and the elevators were so slow they almost felt out of sync with the lobby.
