“Stay as good as previous ones but food very very bad.”
We usually love staying here, but the end‑August visit left my wife and me really disappointed with the meal; the food was awful, slapped onto plates, unlike previous stays where it was better. We told the bar staff, yet they still charged us and offered nothing else, which was frustrating, though the bar staff themselves were sympathetic to the issue.
“Very nice stay, would book again.”
The airport location was great and the dinner we had that evening was excellent. There wasn’t anything I disliked; if anything, the building’s age might need a small update in the rooms, but all our needs were met.
“An excellent place to stay when you are travelling from Bristol Airport which is 5 minutes away.”
Close to the airport, good value, and the staff in the friendly pub were excellent.
“Airport stay”
The airport proximity was superb, staff were friendly and helpful, the food was really good, the room was comfortable, and we could leave our car on site.
“Comfortable and answered our purposes for a stay near the airport.”
The room fit our needs for an early flight from Bristol; it was clean and comfortable. Although there was no restaurant that night, a pizza van parked in the car park delivered a pizza to our room after we paid.
