Hotel was not far from swimming area. 1. Hotel is dated, old. Ancient air conditioning. Smelled old. 2. False advertising. We booked hotel because in the pic it showed it had a pool. When we arrived, pool was not operational. 3

I liked how spacious the room was, but they had to move us because the assigned room didn't have working air conditioning, and we had to haul our luggage up three flights.

Being near the Calderitas viewpoint and the event I attended was great, but the price per night feels too high for what’s offered. The bath towels are worn out, one even broken. The air conditioning cools well but makes a terrible noise. They claim they don’t accept card payments, yet a sign says a fee is charged for card use, which made me uneasy. The worst part is that at 3 am, right beside the hotel on the rear side of the rooms, roosters, hens, and other animals start crowing, making it impossible to sleep and utterly frustrating. If you stay one night you only get one roll of toilet paper, and if you want another you’re charged extra! The worst hotel on Booking I’ve ever had.
