The location was great for staying at Kew and for an easy trip into London. There is free car parking on site! The hotel/pub has a genuinely friendly vibe, good food, and welcoming staff. Nothing really stood out; the room was clean and comfortable and I slept well.

It’s a lovely pub with amazing food and well‑furnished rooms. The real stars are the staff: I would highlight one person, but honestly everyone we met went above and beyond. Not just for us, but we saw the same level of care for other guests too. It’s a very busy place with over 30 rooms, so sometimes items run out or aren’t available, but when that happens the staff make up for it immediately.

Friendly staff greeted us warmly, and the room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for a short stay and more. The bed was huge, so we hardly wanted to leave for our London plans, and the parking was very handy.

The staff were outstanding, and the private parking beneath the hotel was secure. Room6 was immaculate, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes on foot to Kew Gardens and the tube stations. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide array of pastries, cereals, fruit, a full English breakfast, and other options.
