The staff were incredibly accommodating and I appreciated that they texted to see if I needed anything; we were out at a funeral but I knew we needed a cot in our room, so I texted the front desk while we were away and the cot was set up and ready when we returned. There was a very musky smell in the room and elevator, but it improved once we turned on the air conditioner and got some air circulation.

Breakfast was good, but when I arrived to check in the receptionist had checked someone else’s room, the bathroom tub was filthy, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed.
