The hotel's location was absolutely ideal for me, as I was able to easily access a wide range of excellent dining options
The cleanliness and pleasant scent throughout the property were truly impressive
The staff could sometimes come across as a bit formal or stiff, which made me feel a tad uncomfortable at times

“Not bad hotel”
It’s close to downtown and everything, but it’s also near the freeway and a busy street, so there’s a lot of noise if your room faces the street. There’s no daily cleaning, and you have to ask the front desk to arrange it.

The arrival welcome was disappointing, but otherwise nothing else stood out.
“Sonesta Delivers”
Despite being on a busy street, the place was super quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing between rooms and blackout curtains; check‑in and check‑out were fast, the location convenient, the room spacious and comfortable with a good bed, an excellent shower that came with shampoo, a large closet with plenty of hangers, nice lighting, plenty of power outlets, and a fridge and microwave that I appreciated; the only downside was that the kitchen was closed for remodeling, which I knew beforehand.

I’m not thrilled because the hotel is 2.1 miles from my home, and I had to walk that distance because my car was broken.
