The place was very clean and close to the airport, and the staff were pleasant and provided us with breakfast even though we left before it started. However, the bed and pillows were rather hard, so we didn’t sleep well. The hotel is on a side street off the main route to the airport, which caused us to be stuck in traffic for a good while trying to get there.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Kanan Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh bedsheets and a well‑maintained washroom. The food was the highlight for me—it felt like home‑cooked, freshly prepared, less masala, simple and wholesome, without unnecessary ingredients, and this is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest selling points. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they offered me their cab service for the airport drop, which made things very convenient. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with excellent homely food and good service. I would definitely recommend Hotel Kanan Inn, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.

The only reason to stay was that it was near the airport terminal. The experience was very disappointing: poor service during rainfall. We had booked and paid extra for breakfast, but we couldn’t have it because the area was waterlogged, and our flight was around 11. The hotel’s response was lacking—no cab service or meaningful assistance was provided. When we requested a refund for the prepaid breakfast, the hotel refused. We even asked if the breakfast amount could be simply adjusted against our previous night’s dinner, but they were unwilling to accommodate even that reasonable request. It felt like the hotel was only concerned about collecting its money, with very little concern for whether guests could safely and conveniently leave the property or reach the airport. During checkout, the main priority seemed to be getting the room keys back rather than asking if we managed to get transportation. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel because the handling of the situation and customer service was extremely poor.

The hotel is close to the airport, making transit convenient. Staff service is not bad. I’m not sure about the price’s fairness compared to Indian cost levels, but the cost performance is probably decent. Like many hotels, the photos are misleading, which is a common disappointment. The Indian technology is impressive; this hotel is quite overhyped, but that still doesn’t make the stay uncomfortable.
