The chalet is great, with a very comfortable bed and a well‑equipped kitchen. The tub is huge and the private area with a personal waterfall is amazing. The location is fantastic, very close to the shopping center and main restaurants. Because the chalet is large, it has two floors and the lower floor lacks air‑conditioning. It was 10 °C during our stay, so it felt uncomfortable going downstairs to the washroom, for example. Since the chalet is outside the hotel area, we have to leave and climb a significant slope to enter the hotel zone where breakfast is served.

The location was great, easy to reach, and had parking—just a 5‑minute drive from the center. The breakfast was satisfying, the décor lovely, and the chalet came with kitchen items. However, I was assigned to Chalé Mira, and despite its beauty and comfort, it felt lacking in privacy; the bathroom’s “view of the tub” wasn’t clear of buildings in front, so a curtain would have helped. The chalet’s surroundings include other houses on different lots, making it possible to see inside, including the tub and toilet. The shower felt a bit more “protected.” I raised these points, but we couldn’t resolve them during the stay.

Breakfast was excellent, and the place offered umbrellas for use during regional showers. The staff were very helpful, and the location was very good. The space was huge, clean, comfortable, and ready for both very cold and very hot weather.

The chalet is truly excellent—complete, very pretty, and everything works perfectly: shower, tub, stove, oven, TVs, all very nice. Breakfast was great! The downside was that the chalet wasn’t cleaned, with no towel changes or dishwashing; I left and when I returned, the room was exactly the same.
