The room was unbelievably quiet despite being in the city center and right on a busy street; the windows could be opened in “two stages,” giving a great compromise with a little airflow while still keeping the space calm.

Everything was in a top location and the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, but you have to expect to shower with chlorinated water, which made my husband's eczema flare up, so keep that in mind.

Getting to the old town by metro or tram was super convenient, the national museum was very close, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and airy, breakfast was quite sufficient, the room temperature was ideal, the staff were cheerful and helpful, we arrived before check‑in time, rooms were not available but we were called as soon as one opened and were assigned a room.

The location was great, a short walk from the metro, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the bathtub was nice, breakfast was fine, the coffee was excellent; we stayed on the 5th floor, and there was a seating area in the hallway in front of the rooms, which became very noisy when a loud family used it.
