The rooms were good, yet our dinner experience in the restaurant was terrible, completely opposite to what was advertised and communicated to me. My partner and I didn't eat our meal, and I could have prepared a better one; unfortunately, what they promoted and what we received were entirely different.

We had to switch rooms because the one we booked had a smoking smell, but the staff swapped us right away without any hassle. Breakfast was disappointing, offering little variety and confusing price information, and the staff weren't very helpful.

Close to town centre. Location of room peaceful. Didn’t find reception staff particularly welcoming. Bedroom had insufficient coat hanging space, no shelving for jumpers etc and only one bedside table. On Day 2, no housekeeping was done or tea/coffee making facilities replenished until 3.00 pm
