I had a superb experience at Hotel Amazonia! Everything was superb: the atmosphere, services, staff were very friendly and attentive to guests. It’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect from everyday bustle. The biggest plus was the Balinese massage – absolutely wonderful! It was exactly what I needed to relax body and mind. The massage was performed with great professionalism, attention, and care, and after the session I felt much more relaxed and refreshed. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Amazonia, and the Balinese massage is definitely worth trying! ❤️ I will gladly come back! 🌸

Very good location because we had access to all the contents of this beautiful aqua park. Cleanliness is impeccable and at an impressive level. Breakfast is good and varied, except for the small selection of cheeses and pastries. The price might be a bit high, but it was worth it and we will come again.
We asked reception whether after the last night at 11 am we only leave the room or we have to leave the aquapark as well. They told us to vacate both the room and the aquapark by 11, and then the next day at 11 at reception they gave us a voucher for the aquapark for free to stay. Since we had already packed, we did not accept the voucher, so it was a bad experience for us. Also, the terrace with the restaurant is open until 21 :30, and at 21 they told us that they were no longer open and refused to serve us drinks.
We liked everything. We have nothing to criticize.
