dated property and false misleading photos of club queen rooms overlooking golf course when in fact you'll see parking lot view. dated property and false misleading photos of club double queen rooms overlooking golf course when in fact you'll see parking lot staff were not helpful when this happened to rectify only way to get the room i paid for was to pay extra for an upgrade. also i spent an extra hour discussing that i shouldn't be charged extra for resort fees as i had paid all fees upfront on booking. a very unpleasant experience. with a lot of back and forth with their staff and assistant manager they waived the resort fees that they had wanted me to pay for but i was still charged extra for "room upgrade" to have a golf view
