HOTEL BEAUTIFUL

“Mejorar las instalaciones”

The apartment was spacious and clean, but some walls were humble, the air‑conditioning unit hidden in one room didn’t vent to the rest of the apartment, and the kitchen was incomplete—missing appliances like a sink and cooking stoves.

I was very disappointed: I booked a hotel that included breakfast, yet at 07.00 no one was present and breakfast was unavailable; when I asked, staff simply said they weren’t there yet. This is not the service you should expect when paying for a stay with breakfast, so I’ll keep this in mind next time I book.

The staff were attentive, but the room was a real disaster: the bathroom was below standard, the lighting was weak and lacking, and the room felt gloomy—this hotel doesn’t deserve its stars.

Overall it was fine, the staff were welcoming, and breakfast was very nice with good service, but I didn’t like that the shower wasn’t very clean, there were no shampoo towels or toilet paper, no hooks to hang clothes or towels, and no place to put soap and shampoo in the shower. I hope they’ll consider this for future stays; thank you.

“Dommage gros potentiel a exploiter”
