I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's spacious grounds and beautiful surroundings, which made for a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The property had a lot of character and was well-maintained, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy some quality time.

I was pleased to find that the hotel had a secure fence in the backyard for our dogs, which gave us peace of mind while we were out. The location was also great, with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the surroundings. However, the old carpets in our room were a bit of a letdown, and we also wished that the door and windows had some form of blinds to block out the light at night.

When we discovered that our original cottage had been double-booked, the hotel staff quickly sprang into action and moved us to a different accommodation, even though it meant downgrading us. While the new cottage wasn't as nice as the one we had previously stayed in, we appreciated the hotel's willingness to make things right. It was a bit of a setback, but we were grateful for their efforts to resolve the issue.

I was really impressed by the hotel's manager, who was incredibly prompt and helpful in answering all of our questions. From start to finish, our stay was perfect, and we can't wait to go back and experience it all again. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but I did wish the swimming pool was larger. The overall experience was amazing, with a lot of great amenities. Despite the pool size, I would still highly recommend this place.
