The location was great and the room was clean with plenty of outlets, and the staff were friendly. On my departure day I had to run several loads, and the key system assumed I was finished and locked me out, so I had to call the front desk again. The toilet had very low flow and clogged easily, and a couple of flies ended up in my room. The place felt overpriced for the location.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the room had a slightly older, weird smell when we first arrived.

The hotel’s location is convenient for The Park event center, and there are many restaurants to choose from. It’s close to the Crossroads Mall, and the doorbells are a smart touch instead of having to knock. I brought a friend last minute and the staff offered us a room with two queens (the last one available) instead of the king I had booked. The room had darkening shades, an oversized dorm fridge, and the heat/air fan was not too loud like some other hotels. The only oddity was having a door to the “closet” clothes rack.

The hotel was conveniently located in town, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The bathroom was dirty, with hair on the toilet paper, on the floor, and a urine‑like substance near the bottom of the toilet. We avoided the shower/bath because we didn’t trust it. There was a previous leak or something above the window, and the ceiling showed visible damage. Parking was tricky because the front lot was full.

Breakfast was already gone when we came down at 8:00. There was a lot of noise outside our window, and the intercom system went on several times during the night, making it very loud and heard throughout the building. The same issues mentioned above.
