The design is so good. I like the owner's taste. This building is beautiful! The location is also good, 30 mins from sky dome. I can walk back to hotel. 1. I arrived at around 14:15 and I need to use the bathroom and dress up before going to the concert, early checkin requires extra 10,000, It's ok with me, BUT ONLY CARD is accepted, I can't pay with cash, so I waited for 45 mins. 2. When I tried to check in at 15:00, there was NO ROOM CARD coming out from the machine, and NO STAFF can help me. I was so desperate. 3. After concert, still no room card, so I used my transportation card to get power for my room. 4. The AIR-CONDITIONER didn't work, the room was only 19degree during my stay, it was very cold in the room, and the toilet is also cold. :(

The rooms were clean, but after six nights I couldn't enter on the last day because my key card was changed and I never received an email. Since I was on an esim I couldn't call, so I had to text a friend to get a new key card. The road-facing side made the noise level high, and there was never a loaf of bread in the morning. Checking out was not smooth.

Everything was fine overall, and the free coffee and bread in the common area were a nice touch. The hotel is unmanned. The room felt a little cramped and couldn't accommodate two pieces of luggage.
