“Relogés sans prévenir”

The front‑desk staff did their best to accommodate us and showed us several rooms, but otherwise there was nothing else to evaluate. We couldn't stay where we were supposed to; the hotel was closed, no restaurant, no bar, no reception. We were moved to a nearby hotel, where the rooms were unclean, full of hair and fur, with torn and rust‑stained sheets, and there was noise from the air‑conditioning motor or pool maintenance, plus a pool with a damaged surface—definitely not great. Moreover, we were told at 15:00 that the reception would close at 18:00, even though earlier that morning we had been told it would stay open until 21:00, and we had no network coverage in the area.

The location was excellent, the front desk staff were friendly, and the rooms were large. However, there were no blackout curtains, so the sun lit the room and a darker curtain would have improved my sleep; the room also wasn’t very clean, with blood stains on the pillowcases.

The location is superb, everything is spotless, and the staff—especially Oswaldo and Felipe—provide outstanding service; we return every four months and are always greeted warmly, congratulations on a job well done.
