The location on Park Street is excellent, the room is large and clean, and the staff are very patient. The entrance to the hotel is dim and unpleasant, the lift was not functioning and the stairwell was uncomfortable, there was no hot water, no lobby, no dining room, and breakfast is delivered to the room.

It’s the best spot on Park Street if you can snag a room; the downside is there’s no parking for cars or taxis, forcing guests to hunt for street parking, which is tough and inconvenient.

The location is good, although a bit difficult to find if you are not familiar with Calcutta. The guy Biplov at the reception was arrogant and rude, not professional at all, and was sheer rude and arrogant.
