We got an upgrade when we arrived, which was a nice bonus. The hotel’s location is great—quiet, away from the old town’s hustle but still within walking distance to everything. The room is spacious, so I’d recommend it for couples. The bathroom feels a bit cramped; there wasn’t enough counter space for our toiletry bags by the sink, and the small stool they provided didn’t replace the convenience of having the bags within reach.

The hotel sits in a prime spot in Gros, within easy walking distance to good restaurants, cafés, and the bus station, and about 10–15 minutes to the Old Town. We even walked all the way to Peine del Viento to see the steel structures. Even though there’s a bar outside, we didn’t hear any noise—quite quiet for a city hotel, especially being on the 5th floor. The room was very spacious, with a king‑size bed, a writing desk, a sofa, and a bathroom with good water pressure. The staff were super friendly and helped us store our luggage after check‑out. Overall, very happy with our three‑night stay. The only improvement I’d suggest is making the rooms even cleaner—there were some smudges on the bathroom door.

The location is great, but it’s not that easy to find. The cab dropped us off at a park on the main road and pointed us in the right direction. Local people helped us locate the hotel.

The location is great, the staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was decent, and the shower was excellent. The only missing amenities are a gym and a lobby.
