The staff are friendly and easy‑going, the parking is big, and the location is great near the beach, but the resort and its facilities are old, and the policies are a bit too strict (e.g., checkout is strictly at 10:00, and any delay incurs a 250 USD charge).

We enjoyed every amenity at the resort—from the boardwalk, beach, and basketball courts to the lobby and pool toys. The staff were friendly and even told us when a space launch would be visible. It was a truly relaxing family resort.

Walking to the beach was a breeze and the area around the hotel was spotless, with restaurants and shops just a short stroll away. The unit came equipped with everything we needed, so we only had to pick up groceries and we were good to go. The air‑conditioning, however, tops out at 70 °F, which made it hard to sleep at night, and although the property has a no‑smoking rule, it isn’t enforced for other residents, so we occasionally caught the scent of pot or cigarette smoke outside the unit.

The room was roomy, but its old‑school décor felt a bit dated and could use an update. I also found it disappointing that housekeeping wasn’t part of the package.
