I booked the wrong room, but the staff explained everything kindly and even upgraded me, so the trip went really well. My dog also had a blast. Thanks a lot.

The service was rude and the noise was intense, making it hard to stay. I thought the air‑conditioner was the issue, but after telling the desk about the clacking sound all night, they said at 2 a.m. they would refund me and tell me to leave. They claimed the wind was strong, which feels like a deflection. The hotel, listed on Bukim.com, needs to fix this. Breakfast was included, yet they said it wasn’t available on holidays, so I’m furious at a company that didn’t clarify properly. The staff need proper customer‑service training; I’m disappointed that Booking left a situation unchecked.
