The space looked promising and the view of the kitchen was good. The cottage is surrounded by a lovely garden and you can relax on the small veranda. The windows have mosquito nets. The hostel is only very rudimentary: the bathroom has just a handheld shower and cold water, no soap; the kitchen is poorly equipped; the dishes are heavily worn and dirty. Wifi is turned off at night, you must buy your own water tank, and there’s a construction site across the street.

The hosts were friendly and the price was good, though the house needs some repairs, but overall it’s tolerable.

You rent a room but end up with a house. It was good. Three large rooms share a kitchen and living room. The owners (a nice family) live in another house on the same plot. There’s a nice garden and terrace. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. No negatives to mention.
