“Good location, good customer service,”
Everything was perfect: the location is great, free parking is handy, and the customer service was good, but there was no English breakfast offered.

The breakfast was good but a bit lacking in fresh fruit, the staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent; otherwise everything else was fine as is.

The service and staff engagement were very good and they treated us very kindly, leaving a strong impression; however, when we checked into our room at about half‑twelve, we found it unfinished with the previous guests' mess, but it was cleaned within twenty minutes.

The location is perfect, rooms are spotless and beautiful with a stunning mountain view, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the price‑quality ratio is on target.

The rooms are completely refurbished and modern, with a comfortable bed, walk‑in shower, and a new essential air‑conditioner; the pillows are too stiff, the charging column doesn’t work, there are no chairs in the room, and the breakfast could be better.
