The spot was unbeatable, and the place felt like a 5‑star hotel with spotless cleanliness. Check‑in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions, and the hosts were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The property’s app offered great recommendations, and connecting with the hosts was effortless. Black‑out blinds and a comfy bed ensured perfect sleep, and I felt completely safe in the apartment and the neighborhood. This location is now a favorite of mine and I’ll be back for sure!

Palm Apartment was truly one of the best choices for our stay in Amsterdam. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, it’s in an excellent location near the center while offering absolute quiet and privacy. I had read the glowing reviews before arriving, and most mentioned the steep stairs typical of Amsterdam houses, but none had ever been a problem because the host always helped with luggage. That’s exactly what happened with us. As soon as we arrived, he immediately took our bags and carried them up himself. From that first moment, with his smile, warmth, and familiarity, we knew our stay would be special. Even after check‑out, he kept our luggage until our departure time. What I’ll never forget was his help when I suddenly had a serious tooth problem. He truly did everything he could until he found a dentist for me. And because I was traveling with my dog, he even arranged for a lovely neighbor to look after him while I was at the dentist. When you’re in a foreign country and something unexpected happens, such care is priceless. The fact that we could continue and enjoy our holiday owes a lot to him. 10/10 without hesitation, both for Palm Apartment and especially for the wonderful person who runs it. I would return and recommend it without reservation. A huge thank you for everything! ❤️
