This place is truly gorgeous, set against the breathtaking scenery of Alpbach! My wife and I stayed there for the first time and we’re definitely coming back. The whole hotel feels top‑quality. Our room was very comfortable and the balcony gave a lovely view. The restaurant served delicious food all day long, and the spa services were also excellent. There isn’t much to criticize or suggest, except that during a heatwave an air‑conditioning unit in the bedroom would have been useful.

The location and view are stunning, the terrace is beautiful, the breakfast is very good and the dinner is also excellent, and the staff are kind.

The staff were very good and professional, the kitchen was outstanding and the place is definitely worth recommending. I asked several times for a missing sink plug, but it never got addressed.
