The staff were amazing and super helpful, the hotel itself is lovely, and breakfast was excellent—no complaints, highly recommend.

Nice facilities with a great pool area and rooms, but the location was terrible. Don’t go if you want to swim in the ocean; the sand is awful unless you’re at Chaweng beach. Basically, no one from the hotel was in the ocean, which is a main perk of Thailand. Never again, fisherman’s village.

Both pools and the view of the pier and boats, beach bars heading toward the pier, close to Fishermans village market. Breakfast is more for Japanese and Chinese, the beach is dirty, the road isn’t pedestrian-friendly, and there are few walking options.

Everything was clean, the rooms comfortable and quiet with good AC, the breakfast was fresh and had a wide selection, and the staff were great. The beach club with pool and sea access was also excellent. The Infinity pool is currently being renovated and will be closed soon; the only weak spot is the street in front of the hotel, which you have to cross to get to the beach side, but security will block the street when it’s time to switch, so it’s safe.
