A little corner of paradise. For us it’s the best place we’ve stayed out of the five. The setting is exceptional, the accommodation authentic, and the couple of hosts show an empathy, respect, and kindness that are very rare. The meals are excellent with their own harvests, the suggested tours are very interesting, and Asanga and his wife do everything to make your stay wonderful. We only have one life, so we’ll come back. The only downside was having to leave because we were so good 😃

The host was very kind and prepared one of the best rice & curry of our stay. The safari organized with them was exceptional and even let us see a leopard with a take‑away breakfast so we could eat it during the safari. Nothing else.

A quiet spot out in the countryside near Yala, perfect for a getaway in a peaceful area. The river nearby lets you take a dip, and the breakfast and meals—especially the rice and curry—are tasty. The location is really remote, and we had trouble getting details about fishing plans; we expected the host to guide us to a specific spot or the river, but we only ended up going down to the river ourselves. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable.

This place has a lot of charm, is clean and spacious. We liked the rustic bathroom and shower, and the host arranged a Jeep rental for a safari the next morning. Finding the hotel was tough because it’s far from the main road and the rural area lacks signs; we were lucky that some locals rode a motorcycle to show us the way. We recommend not arriving at night.
