Hotel Europe BLV, Paris, is centrally located, 150 metres from Belleville Metro Station and a 15-minute walk from Place de la République. The hotel features rooms with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi, a shared lounge, and proximity to Pompidou Centre (2.1 km) and Opéra Bastille (2.2 km). Paris-Orly Airport is 16 km away.

Nothing good to say. The hotel was filthy, the room was full of moisture, the sheets were damp, and the bathroom was in bad shape.

Nothing positive. We didn’t get the room that was promised. The lamp was broken, barely any ventilation, and the air was constantly stuffy. When we opened the window, the stench came in. There was no soundproofing between rooms. In the lower common area, two parrots kept talking all night, making it impossible to sleep. The front door couldn’t be locked from the inside. The shower was disgusting, especially the showerhead which was covered in hard water scale. The shower itself was just the bath, with no curtain. The wallpaper in the whole room was peeling. There was no soap for hand washing.

Sleeping was fine, but the shower couldn’t be hung; you had to hold the shower head, and there was a lot of mold on the wall. The neighborhood wasn’t great either; we tried to grab food around 11 pm and a car window was smashed next to us.

Nothing good. The room didn’t match the photos at all, it was tiny, dirty, had scaffolding on the window, and there was noise at night.
