The location was fine, but the customer service was terrible. Even when I was the only person in the lobby, I still had to go to the bar to order. The two staff members at the desk wouldn’t speak to me or inform me of anything. After I walked to the bar, paid for my drink, and placed my order, the staff left the building for an airport pickup before ever fixing my drink.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 stars if I could! One of the best stays on our two‑month road trip. We checked into Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport, just minutes from MKE, and it turned out to be one of the top hotels we visited. The breakfast was amazing—second best we’ve had on the whole trip—served from 6:00 to 9:30 a.m. with waffles, oatmeal with toppings, fruit, breads, bagels, juices, coffee, tea, and plenty more; I especially enjoyed making oatmeal with berries and almonds. Our two‑queen room was much bigger than expected, featuring a separate sitting area with a large L‑shaped sectional that converts into a third bed, a desk/work area, a large closet, a refrigerator, a TV, and plenty of space—ideal for a family. The room felt a bit dated but was clean, fresh‑smelling, and comfortable, so I’d choose that over brand‑new décor any day. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great pressure, a real relief after weeks on the road. Note that there’s no microwave in the room; a shared one downstairs near the breakfast area works fine. The hotel also offers a pool, fitness room, small bar area, and airport transportation. Its location is super convenient for flying in or out of Milwaukee. The price was a big plus—we got a lot of space and amenities for what we paid, and we felt safe and comfortable. After staying in so many hotels, this one really stood out. The only downside is that the bathroom still has wallpaper and the TV hookups look old, but if you want great breakfast and proximity to the airport, stay here!
