The bed is comfortable, but the lighting is terrible at the entrance and in the luggage area; I couldn't see anything in my bag because there's light only by the bed and in the bathroom, which is very cramped.

I love the location on a quiet street in a historic area; the Leonardo boutique hotel is simple yet very chic, charming, and comfortable, with a nice breakfast. The staff aren't very visible, but when I did see someone they were fine. Unfortunately, I was woken in the middle of the night by very noisy people in the next room, which can happen anywhere. I would have liked a bit more welcome or friendliness from the staff, and I don't think it's a 4‑star hotel.

Our stay at Leonardo Boutique Paris Opéra was wonderful. The first thing I’d highlight is the staff—marvelous, very friendly and attentive at all times. The room was also delightful, very comfortable and cozy. The location is fantastic, in a lively area with plenty of places to eat, dine, or have a drink. At night there’s quite a bit of atmosphere, which can be noisy, but inside the hotel nothing can be heard. One detail to note is that the hotel access is through a kind of passage that, if you arrive at night, can give a slightly strange impression at first. But the area is safe, there are several hotels around, and once you get familiar with it, it’s no problem; during the day everything looks better. We didn’t have breakfast there because, with kids, it seemed a bit expensive for what we actually ate. Anyway, there are plenty of options nearby. The hotel price might seem a bit high, but I think it’s quite in line with what you pay in Paris, especially considering the location. Overall, we left with a very good impression. As a minor drawback, being a boutique hotel, it only has one elevator and it’s quite small, so carrying luggage up and down can take a while, especially for a family trip with a chair and bags.

The location and staff are great, and there’s nothing to complain about.
