The hotel was clean and the breakfast was simple yet good, but the bathroom floor stayed wet and didn’t dry quickly, which frustrated me when I needed to perform ablution because water still pooled there.

The Royal Palace Hotel was a fantastic experience; Mahmoud at reception greeted me with exceptional warmth, professionalism, and courtesy, and every staff member was friendly, attentive, and quick to answer any request. My room was immaculate, fresh, beautifully designed, and supremely comfortable, containing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The service was excellent, hospitality great, and overall the visit was lovely—I’ll definitely return.

The water kept cutting off continuously during my stay, the mattress was uncomfortable and very large.
